The mechanical hot stamping system (MDL-61) for mounting on a Heidelberg 26X38 T machine.

The system consists of the following parts:
1. Mechanical one cylinder hot stamping system
2. Rewinding system for used foil.
3. Two metal bases for placing the system on the Heidelberg machine.
4. Heated plate with dimensions 300X230 mm. with clean printing surface 260X230 mm.
5. Hot stamping foil feeding system.
6. Electric panel with a one electronic temperature instruments.
Hot Plate:
According to the customer’s request, the heated plate can be perforated for (7) mm plates.
The one-piece for adhesive plates (1.63) (2.5) (3.00) mm.
The temperature is controlled by:
1. Thermocouple,
3. Resistances
1. Electronic temperature instrument.
