The electronic system (Holo Foil 122X1 Cavomit)
is designed to be mounted on a Heidelberg GT (34X46).
It is easily adapted for on-site conversion of
the machine without affecting its standard uses:
Cutting, Embossing, Numbering, Creasing, Perforating, etc.The functions of the printing machine are enhanced with hot stamping
techniques, thus opening up new markets with unlimited possibilities.

1. (122X1 Holo Foil) Cavomit system and machine electrical control panel.
2. Computer with (Windows 10) software to operate the system (122X1 Holo Foil)
3. One pull rollers controlled by (1) (stepper) motors.
4. The heated plate has dimensions of 300X440 mm.
5. Feed system and shaft for hot stamping foil 122 meters.
6. (1) Electronic hologram sensors (one for each cylinder).
7. (1) Optical fibers to detect the holograms (one for each cylinder).
8. (1) Multi-axis systems for centering holograms (one for each cylinder).For hologram prints:
Powerful and flexible software suitable even for demanding, multiple hologram printing.Simple hot stamping foil:
Almost unlimited combinations of repetitive short-long pitch cycles for optimal
performance and maximum economy of materials.
The foil is pulled by means of an electronic stepper motor.
Above the (1) metal pull rollers are placed (1) durable rubber rollers.
The tape feeding commands are carried by electromechanical switches.
The feeding of the foil, in a reel of 16 or 25 mm., is done through a movable axis
placed under the heated plate.
Specially designed system for uniform tension and easy replacement of used rolls.Maximum roll length:
122m across the width of the heated plate (maximum width 45cm).
The used tape winding system is synchronized with the stepper motor.To print holograms:
Specially developed multi-axis system with optical fiber.
Electronic sensor with adjustable sensitivity.
The electronic sensor is easily placed and recognizes
all types (register mark) of holograms.
Powerful software that can make various combinations of pitch cycles
for printing with multiple plates at the same time.
Consistently excellent printing accuracy with non-accumulating tolerance
(± 0.5)mm. both for holograms and for simple hot stamping foil.Hot plate:
The heated plate is made of high conductivity alloy and is insulated from
the main body of the machine.
Optimum heat distribution and energy saving.
The required accuracy on the heated plate is achieved with
(6) parallel resistors
(1) thermocouple and
(1) electronic temperature instrument.
Maximum net print area 280×440 mm.
Plates 7.00 mm thick are placed on the heated plate.
