Cavomit one, two, three, four, foil pull mechanical hot-stamping attachment
for Heidelberg GT platen press 34X46.
The complete one, two, three, four pull mechanical attachment for the on-site conversion
of Heidelberg platen letterpresses is manufactured at the factory of Cavomit.
The system is ideal for hot-stamping.The system consists of following parts:
1. Mechanical one, two, three, four, foil pull system
2. Rewind system for used foil.
3. Metal base for the fitting of the system on press.
4. Hot-plate. 300X440 mm
5. Mechanical Hot stamping foil feeding system.
6. Electric panel with one temperature control instrument.Hot Plate:
According to customer’s request, the hot-plate can be either honeycomb for dies 7 mm
or solid for dies 1,63 2,50 3,00 mm. Internal heating is regulated by
(1) thermo element and
(6) heating resistances
