    The complete mechanical hot stamping system is manufactured in the Cavomit factory.
    The (MDL-122) Cavomit mechanical system is ideal for hot-stamping.
    The system consists of the following parts:
    1. Mechanical drawing roller system
    2. Rewinding system of the used foil.
    3. Metal base for mounting on a Heidelberg GT 34X46 machine.
    4. Hot plate. 300X440 mm. with clean printing surface 280X440 mm.
    5. Mechanical hot stamping foil feeding system.
    6. Electrical panel with an electronic temperature controller.
    Hot Plate:
    The heated plate is made of high alloy conductivity and is insulated from the main body of the machine.
    Optimum heat distribution and energy saving.
    According to the customer’s request, the heated plate can be perforated for plates
    (7) mm. with special plate mounting systems for fine adjustments.
    The one-piece heated plate for adhesive plates (1.63) (2.5) (3.00) mm.
    The temperature is controlled by
